Our Six Month One-on-One Coaching Partnership will include:
One 45 minute Intention Session
A dedicated time to your time to tell your story: where you’ve been, where you are and where you’d like to go. We’ll lay the foundation of our partnership by setting intentions for our 6 month journey together.
Eleven 60 minute Empowerment Sessions
We will meet virtually (by phone or video call) to uncover where we need to go in this transformative journey, as you become... your truest you.
Six Months of 24/7 Virtual Support as needed
You have access to me between sessions via email, for check-ins, questions and updates as you wish.
Twelve Post-Session Emails
After each session I will drop you a line, to share a recap of your learnings from our time together, a reminder of what you've committed to and helpful resources
